Research Project
1. Study on the Mechanism of LGR5 Signaling Pathway in Glioma Stem Cell with respect to Self-renewal capacity; Youth Project of National Natural Science Foundation of China; 82002659; 2021/01-2023/12.
2. Research on the Key Signal Pathway of Self-renewal Mechanism of Human Glioma Stem Cell; The Youth Project of Natural Science Foundation of Shaanxi Province, 2020JQ-429; 2020/01-2021/12.
3. Research on the Regulatory Mechanism of the Origin of Malignant Glioma Stem Cells; Fundamental Research Funds for the Central Universities; GK202003048 2020/01-2021/12.
Research Interests
1. Explore the key genes involved in the formation, development and recurrence of malignant glioma, and conduct experimental verification in various mouse glioma models such as HGCC resource library and RCAS/TVA model.
2. To explore the signaling pathway of glioma stem cell marker LGR5, identify the key downstream molecules of LGR5, and construct a signaling network based on LGR5 regulation.
3.Through the analysis of the transcriptome and methylation sequencing of cells before and after treatment, to explore the treatment resistance mechanism glioma stem cells of different cell origins to temozolomide combined with radiation therapy.
